Refund policy

30 days to change your mind

If our software isn’t right for you, you can ask for a full refund within 30 days of buying it. You don’t need to give a reason.

Paddle is the Merchant of Record for our orders, so it handles refunds. Find your order at paddle.net to request one, or use the link in your receipt.

After a refund

A refund ends your licence, so your key is no longer valid. Anything a product offers for free stays free, such as using MIMa on screen.
